We used to have have an Ali’s once a week but the food has went down hill massively. Ordered a cheese pizza and it came with kebab meat. The pizza was basically sauceless and dry. Chicken nuggets had a really horrible taste to them so couldn’t eat them either. Kebab was not great either and pitta was so stale it was rock hard.

once again . . . OMG is it really that hard to read the order ? ? ? ordered more expensive meat and did get a cheap one :( (mixed meat is not the chicken only ) salad hehehe little bit of salad and the rest - onions dont know what to say. that was last time ordered from Ali's

I am very unhappy with my order it’s was late and my husband has been in hospital for 4 wks really fancied a kebab and he was up all night being sick and the runs now my husband is getting treatment from cancer right now so that was very serious for him spend all day in hospital with him not good at all would take this complaint further I think as your food or lack of hygiene must be really bad and thankfully my husband is ok but he still had to spend all day in hospital after eating your food won’t be eating here again and I would like a full refund off my money aswell not happy at all if I don’t hear back I will be in to the shop complaining and will report this for bad food and bad hygiene

Lovely food from here. Cannot fault the preperation nor the food itself. Just unfortunate that twice now i have ordered online and the 10% off does not work when at the checkout. I had spoken to a member of staff regarding this.

Food was well - OK. Service again was abismal, despite ordering online and waiting the appropriate time before heading for collection I entered the shop and an assistant asked if she could assist. I told her i ordered online and my name she said it was almost ready so to wait on pizza which was fair enough. After waiting for ages and seeing others come in after me and then leave before me with my order I asked for an update on my order, turns out it had been ready for a while but nobody thought to inform me. This is the third time this has happened to me, but there won`t be a 4th. I won`t be back. They need to change their procedure.

Delivery took 2 hours and by the time it arrived it was cold. Spring rolls were a soggy mess. Pizza was cold and dry. The only good thing was the sauce.

Pasta brilliant as always and ready upon collection.
