Always a good service, amazing kebabs and always a wee bit early .

Lovely food from here. Cannot fault the preperation nor the food itself. Just unfortunate that twice now i have ordered online and the 10% off does not work when at the checkout. I had spoken to a member of staff regarding this.

Food was well - OK. Service again was abismal, despite ordering online and waiting the appropriate time before heading for collection I entered the shop and an assistant asked if she could assist. I told her i ordered online and my name she said it was almost ready so to wait on pizza which was fair enough. After waiting for ages and seeing others come in after me and then leave before me with my order I asked for an update on my order, turns out it had been ready for a while but nobody thought to inform me. This is the third time this has happened to me, but there won`t be a 4th. I won`t be back. They need to change their procedure.

Delivery took 2 hours and by the time it arrived it was cold. Spring rolls were a soggy mess. Pizza was cold and dry. The only good thing was the sauce.

Pasta brilliant as always and ready upon collection.

We always order pizza, fritters and a small side salad, just wouldn't go anywhere else, pizza & fritters are most certainly the best around & side salad is amazing always lasts 2 days so does my lunch the following day at work, only small gripe would be no sauces with salad but sure I do pay for it if I want it, doesn't stop me ordering at all.

Order was ready on time. Food quality and portions good and excellent service.

We waited well over an hour. The food was cold. Very disappointed

Over two hours for a delivery. Food was just warm. This is not first time delivery has been a joke.

The fish is fantastic, enjoyed it so much got the same again the next time I ordered. Would recommend it. Might try something else next time, but then again, if something is so good it’s hard to order something different.

I've never had a bad take away from here, the food is always excellent and all the staff are great too

Worst food we have had in a long time, chips were dry, fish had bones and was slimy, steak pie literally had absolutely no steak in it, sausage supper was wrong and had sauce on it when we asked for none. Couldn't eat it total waste of money we have been regular customers since Alis opened but after the response I got when I phoned to complain we will not be back, just wasted over £25 really not impressed

Food was plenty, still hot and excelent taste. The delivery however took over one and a half hours from ordering.

Was an hour and 30 minutes delivery, so 55 minutes later than promoted when ordered. My pasta was cold, and chips were over cooked. 😩

Nice kebab, chicken well cooked and a lovely salad would order again.
